Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

HR technical recruiter :
As a critical role of recruiter, you will be responsible for:
1. Act as one of the point of the contact for potential engineering related talents sourcing and recruiting
2. Build a strong business relationship with the internal client.
3. Perform talent acquisition activities for strategic recruiting and regular staffing
4. Passion for improving the internal and external customer experience, as customers including but not limited to candidates, new-hires, hiring managers, and talent acquisition team members. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm talent acquisition plans and candidates needs are met
5. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
6. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
Requirements
1. BA/BS degree required
2. Minimum 2 years proven recruiting experience in recruiting agency or corporate environment, wide range of staffing programs experiences will be a plus
3. Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment
4. Knowledge of employment related laws
5. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demand
6. Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed


Human Resources, Business Partner
As a HR Business partner, you'll be responsible for:
1. Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the corresponding departments
2. Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the partners' side
3. Build a strong business relationship with the internal client
4. Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees
5. Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
6. Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
7. Perform talent acquisition activities for strategic recruiting and regular staffing
8. Passion for improving the internal and external customer experience, as customers including but not limited to candidates, new-hires, hiring managers, and talent acquisition team members. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm talent acquisition plans and candidates needs are met
9. Support talent development (L&D)programs
10. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
11. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
