HRConnect is the name for AbbVie centric HR and Payroll support and services focused on providing excellence customer experience as a primary principle. Service centers based in Tokyo, Singapore, Krakow & Lake County are dedicated to support AbbVie Employees and Managers in their administrative and operational needs. HRConnect Consultant - Russian speaker acts as the first point of contact for employees and managers challenges, providing them with excellent guidance. So in this role you will help AbbVie colleagues succeed at work by supporting them with HR related queries. As HRConnect Consultant you will Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes, policies and general questions via phone, chat or email Find the right approach for every question using procedures, policies, knowledge databases to resolve employee and manager inquiries Maintain of personal and organizational data in our HR system (Workday) Navigate employees and managers with self-service transactions and processes Cooperate actively and closely with colleagues in other teams in HRConnect and in Global HR Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders (Benefits, Payroll, Total Rewards, etc.) Documenting all employee inquiries and transactions in case management tools as required Participating in continuous improvement workshops, projects and initiatives Qualifications Bachelor degree in HR relevant field of study At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in customer service Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and Russian (C1) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Team player attitude and clear communications skills Demonstrable experience with HR service and processes as well as HRIS tools and systems Ability to follow standard procedures and processes Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
