Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Partner with the leaders onorganizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.

Translate business needs to actionable HR plans and ensure the implementation.

Able to influence and impact key talent decision to ensure right structure and resource layout for business growth.

Overseas and develop local HR policies and procedures.

University degree or above in HR or management major.

8 years or above HR related working experience in FMCG, Retail or E-commerce related business.

Had start up experience with entrepreneurship is preferred.

Fluent English and Chinese.

This HRD will report to Chairman directly, fully engaged in the IPO process the future.
