Time % Summary of major duties: 15% Administers all SAP related HR transactions: change in job titles, reporting relationships, promotions, address changes, and all HR master data needs. 15% As part of the HR Operations team, manages report requests needed for SAP-HR and ad hoc reporting. Manages and updates HR data required for MBR reports. 20% Serves as the lead contact for all HR Information Service Projects 20% Educates/coaches employees seeking informafion and guidance on various HR requests such as questions related to benefits, pay, data changes, processing HR actions, policies and procedures. Responsible for administering calls/emails and tracking in SAP CRM. Assists in developing HR policies for AEMEA region. Conducts quarterly user training sessions on HR systems to pro-actively build awareness of HRIS self-servicing capability. Creates HR user guides/manuals to supplement specific AEMEA business needs outside those available from HR Shared Services 30% Serves as the contact point and super-user for all HR systems, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Applicant Tracking, On-boarding, SAP, benefits and the myHR website. Ensures all content for the AEMEA region is relevant, available and up to date on the myHR website.
