Job Description
Siemens Software, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to assist a global team that’s driving the strategy, implementation and continuous improvement of all our People & Organization (P&O) Workday solutions for 29,000 workers in 48+ countries. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports using Workday Report Writer & Drive Documents/Worksheets/Presentation/Discovery Boards Communicate effectively with the business to translate business requirements into functional reports & master data/module based configuration Liaison with HRIT on technical integration business requirements Follow defined procedure for populating, loading and troubleshooting routine Workday EIBs Collaborate and/or support HRIS/HRIT activities/projects as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, Time & Time Off configuration experience desired Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and EIB required Advanced Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, able to multitask and meet defined deadlines Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when exposed to and handling employee data. The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $168,100 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
