Job Description & Responsibilities
Lead and engage in firmwide HRIS projects including but not limited to the followings
- Act as a HRIS adiminstrator to provide routine maintenance support on HR management system;
- Review and optimize system support process within help from system vendor and HR teams;
- Good sense on process/system automation, timely development and delivery of the assigned automation tasks;
- Responsible for the quality of the assigned automation, report any changes to the workflow. Provide bug fix for any defects. Provide guidance and help with process design from automation perspective. Maintain documentation and development code.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 4-5 years in .Net, or VB/VBA, HTML and JavaScript;
- Experience in SQL Database or Robotic Process Automation (RPA);
- Excellent, proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirement and define technical / functional advanced solutions;
- Knowledge of HR process improvement, business process re-engineering and quality control methods is a plus;
- Have good communication skills.
