We are looking forward to HR Services Administrator – Global Back Office in Eaton’s corporate business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. Your essential responsibilities: Creation of the requisitions in HOP/ATS including but not limited to creating new requisitions, duplicating requisitions, routing requisitions for approval, etc. Handling assigned cases by monitoring requests received, updating their statuses, etc. Liaise with customers by sending Information Needed email, replying to requestor's questions and inquiries, sending Resolution Email, etc. Creating draft reports including cases handled for the day. Participate in continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 2 years of related experience Must have HR-related experience/background Above-average English communication skills (both written and verbal) Must be willing to work on night shift Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park) Position Criteria: Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS, Case System, applicant tracking system, Microsoft Suite, etc.). Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility high quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
