This exciting role offers opportunity to: Work with team to achieve HRS Services level agreement (SLA) targets through daily operation. Mainly provide the HR Services support for TW plant. Main responsibilities are including but not limited to payroll data collection/verification, life-cycle service support like onboarding, off-boarding, insurance management ,internal transfer process etc., which is within HRS working scope and per SOP/SLA. Interact with relevant HRBPs and employees to solve the issue and provide timely, high quality support. Collaborate and cooperate with other HRS work streams to ensure the smooth HRS operations in the target countries within scope. Escalate the services requests beyond HRS scope and SOP to the next level. Assists with HR Services projects and programs as necessary. Being backup of other team member in case any emergency. Learn EBS tools to drive continuous improvement of the processes in order to enhance process efficiency, quality and productivity. Other job assignments from supervisor Qualifications Requirement Bachelor degree is required. 2-3 years working experience is required, 1 years related working experience is preferred. Solid HR operation experience is required. Good communication skill. Good written communication skill in English is preferred. Ability to work under time constraints and meet schedules. Customer oriented, attention to details. Good learning agility.
