Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chairman and lead a team with more than 30 people, this is a critical role carrying high levels of responsibility, influence and visibility. This position is a member of the management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing and integrated people strategy. This will include, but not limited in leadership and talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement, development and retention. This role will contribute to the business by providing professional HR support, and help to build the organisational capabilities around people process.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate, you need to have at least 15 years HR experience, including more than 10 years in a managerial role. A proven track record in related industry is very essential. The record of business partnering and driving influence through country team is necessary, as well as an aptitude for working with a fast-past environment. You need to have in-depth knowledge of strategies around TA, L&D, OD and change management, etc. As the HR Leader in this fast-growing and complex environment, you will be asked to deliver both high-level strategy and tactical solutions.
