Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or above with teaching license.
· At least 5 years related teaching experience.
· Familiar with American Curriculum, Common Core, A-Level/IGCSE.
· Ability to manage classroom.
· Enthusiasm in Education Industry.
· Ability to promote excellent standards of teaching and learning.
· Optimistic, open-minded, excellent teamwork spirit and people skills.

Duties & Responsibilities：
· Teach according to ELA-English literature requirements.
· Lead or assist in conducting extra-curricular clubs or programs (minimum 1 period per week).
· Prepare objectives and outlines for courses of study, following curriculum guidelines or requirements of the school.
· Plan lessons, units, and projects with clear objectives, which help students understand and achieve those objectives. Collaborate at the grade level for planning.
· Prepare for assigned classes.
