About the Role
A prestigious public high school in Changzhou is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic English teacher to join its International Center. This role focuses on developing students’ Oral English and Listening skills in a supportive, engaging, and low-pressure environment. There is no test preparation or exam stress—just the opportunity to bring the classroom to life through creativity and interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in Oral English and Listening for high school students

Plan and conduct approximately 16 classes per week (40 minutes each)

Create a fun, low-pressure classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation

Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and interests of students

Collaborate with the International Center team to support student growth and language development

Salary & Benefits
Annual Package: 270,000 – 360,000 RMB (based on qualifications and experience)

Renewal Bonus: 20,000 RMB upon contract renewal

Flight Allowance: Round-trip flight reimbursement or 12,000 RMB cash alternative

Additional Allowances: Meal allowance + mobile phone stipend

Teaching Hours: Approximately 16 classes/week (40 minutes each)

Holidays: Paid winter and summer breaks + Christmas Day off (if it falls on a weekday)

Schedule: No evening classes
