• Lead to implement and maintain company HSE management system to comply with ISO14001& ISO45001 & safety standardization.
• Identify, assess and implement the related HSE laws and regulations and keep effective communication with government.
• Provide analysis of HSE data. Report the progress of key performance indicators (KPI) as required.
• Organize and implement annual HSE training & work plan.
• Identify, monitor and manage environmental and occupational health hazards aspect to prevent related incident.
• Implement safety inspection/audit plan and make sure all findings can be timely closed.
• Support ABB way implementation.
• Other issues assigned by manager.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• A Bachelor’s degree in relative Safety engineering.
• More than 5 years of HSE management in manufacturing or project site.
• Good understanding on ISO14001 and ISO 45001 standard, methodology and tools.
• Familiar with China's safety and environment laws and policies.
• Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
• Good English communication skill.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
