QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or above;

• Knowledge of HSE/Chemicals/Environmental or related area;

• 3+ years related work experience; chemical industry experience is preferred.

• Accurate communication, good personality and strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner

• Good oral and written English.

• Take full responsibility of Luoyang UOP Test Center HSE work;
• Work close with PMT HSE team and AHM (Area HSE Manager) team, and coordinate with Test team to drive the daily HSE work, to achieve HSE goals;
• Maintain and track MST system as request;
• Keep close communication with related Government offices to compliance all regulations;
• Track site HSE calendar 100% on time finish and maintain updated;
• Maintain site MAP and review with AHM and Corp HSE team;

• Establish and maintain test center HSE management system in line with Honeywell and regulatory requirements and ensure the implementations throughout test center;
• Organize HSE event investigations to conduct root cause analysis as needed, identify and track corrective actions to completion.
• Continuously enhance employee’s HSE awareness through the training, coaching and other ways of communication; Deliver the HSE Monthly/NEO/On-job training to target employee, and ensure training effectiveness.
• Organize HSE regular inspections, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Continue to implement Champion Model procedure to build strong HSE sense at whole team;
• Conduct Emergency prevention, preparedness and response, conduct regular drills, and track CAs from drill till completion.
• Be the key role during the practices of Kaizen, 5S, and productivity saving, etc;
• Maintain site special equipment management, and conduct regular legal requirement inspection.
• Response the regular monitoring of occupational hazardous, environment factors and anti-thunder, etc.
• Maintain the government required management system on line, and report risk to the system as required.
• Organize the occupational health medical examination, and manage the medical examination report.
