• Manage action requests (corrective & preventive)

2. Design, control and manage the HSE Management System

3. Compile quality and environment related statistics

4. Support Operations & Technical on the monitoring plan building & follow up

5. Implement the activities and function of HSE affairs scope

6. Evaluate partners/contractors on their HSE System

7.Design, maintain and control operating procedures, documentation & standard in order to meet HSE requirements

8.Train Management on HSE System

9. Coordinate HSE System reviews

10. Report and analyze HSE KPIs & statistics

11. Communicate with RHSEM (Regional Health, Safety and Environment Manager)

12. Coordinate HSE issues at regional level if required by Regional Chief Executive

13. ** Execute daily activities according to requirements of management systems (inc. HSE, ISO17020 etc.), ensure the performance aligned with management system.

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level, majoring in Engineering or Natural Sciences

2. Working experience: 5+ years related working experience

3. Highly developed analytical skills gained through business management or consultancy experience

4. Demonstrating natural authority and the ability to achieve results and deliver tangible solutions when no higher authority is available to dictate actions while working with Senior Management Team

5. Pragmatic and entrepreneurial in attitude, focused on delivering results, and comfortable with working collaboratively with “whole team” in a multicultural environment

6. Fluent in English

7. Good PC skills
