1. Developand implement procedures governing HSE matters in a form that is understandableto the relevant parties

2. Incidentmanagement- support sites to attend to in time and in full, with corrective andpreventive measures in place

3.supportsites to comply with safety requirements in the quarrying, processing andpractically (onsite) and delivery process

4. supportsites in reduction in HSE hazards and risks. Improvement in positiveperformance indicators

5. ISO 14001/45001Management system compliance, including worker health monitoring.

6. SupportPlant/site participation in corporate & regional policies and procedures

7.SupportHSE improvement (from audits) list - update and completion of agreed tasks

8.Expected to be 50% away from base location - up to 2 weeks each time onassignment.

Konwledge,Skills and Abilities:

Univer University (Bachelor’s Degree) or Specialized (Diploma) in relevanttechnical field.

Minim Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sustainability/SHEposition.

Soundworking knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) and Environmentlegislation

related to manufacturing mining, national and relevantinternational regulations for materials,

Chemicals, minerals and other productrelated laws/regulations/requirements.

Plant,Mines –Practical Working knowledge of local laws, regulations and other requirements

Knowledgeand experience in the implementation and auditing of ISO45001 and 14001

Experienceor ability to train and motivate operations team.

Goodanalytical skills with ability to write clear and concise reports.

Solution-orientedand proactive approach.
