Primary Purpose of Position本职位主要目的

The incumbent is responsible for providing technical support, training and facilitation to other departments with the goal of minimizing health & safety risks. Promotes the maintenance of safe and healthy working conditions, recommends safety cost improvements and develops programs that adhere to legislative standards.

向人事经理汇报工作。以降低健康&安全风险为目的，提供技术支持，培训和帮助。促进维护健康&安全的工作环境，推荐安全成本改进方案，并且建立遵纪守法的程序。

Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责

• Plans and executes programs to ensure organization meets/exceeds legislative/Meridian requirements and monitors its compliance. 计划并执行程序，确保组织达到甚至超越法定/镁镁的要求，并且监控它的一致性。
• Co-ordinates health and safety resources with other departments. 协调各部门的健康&安全资源。
• Produces, maintains and measures the aim to reduce/eliminate industrial accidents and health hazards (eg. Plan Audits, Ergonomic Teams, etc.

提出，维护并衡量减少或排除安全事故和健康隐患的这一目标（例如，计划审核，环境小组等）

• Provides training courses: EHS Policy, General Shop Floor Safety, PPE, Emergency Evacuation, Lockout, Right to Know (MSDS), Six S, Magnesium Safety, Fire prevention, Hot Work Permits.

提供 培训课程: EHS政策, 车间安全，PPE，紧急撤离, 闭锁, MSDS, 6S, 镁合金安全，消防, 高温作业许可等

• Health and safety training to other departments as required. 为各部门提供健康&安全培训。
• Recommends and implements action for safety cost improvements. 推行关于安全成本改进的项目。
• Interacts with external sources in health and safety matters. 就健康&安全事务/项, 利用外部资源。
• Keeps abreast of current and future trends for use in adaptations to organizational methods.

• Responsible for the facilities internal responsibility system. 负责各设备的内部职责体系。
• Responsible for resolving personal safety issues. 负责解决个人安全问题。
• Responsible for writing, modifying and verifying various Management system documents and procedures.

负责编写，修改并且验证各种管理系统文件和程序。

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management. 执行管理层分配的其他相关职责。

Education and Skill Requirements教育及技能要求

• Technologist or Engineering degree with 2-3 years progressive automotive work experience or equivalent with automotive quality experience an asset 技术或工程学位，2－3年的汽车行业工作经验或汽车质量方面的经验.
• Good knowledge on Forklift, crane and lifting devices, die cast machines and machining applications.
