As a HSE Supervisor – Xiamen Hub you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health Safety and Environment (HSE) management system, in Global Business Services Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Real Estate Specialist, you will identify and assess national and relevant HSE legal, regulations, keeping contact with local authorities.

Your responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining Health Safety and Environment (HSE) management system, ensuring comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Identifying and assessing national and relevant HSE legal, regulations, keeping contact with local authorities
• Analyzing the HSE related data, providing the HSE report to show the KPI and safety programs implementation status.
• Organizing and implementing HSE training and work plan
• Identifying, monitoring and managing environment, occupational and safety risks, preventing incident occurring
• Organizing and performing safety check, internal audit, supporting audit from third party, or ABB global, ensuring the findings can be closed timely
• Implementing ABB WAY documentation
• Handling other matters delivered by superior

Your background

• 8 years’ of HSE experience in manufacturing plant or project site
• Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 criterion
• Familiar with local related safety and environment legal and regulations, policy
• Knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD and Outlook
• A bachelor’s degree, safety engineering, hold safety register engineer certificate is preferred
• Good English speaking and written skills
• Good communication and coordination
