Job Description

Responsibilities / 职责

  • Compile and monitor the headcount budget, advise senior management and line managers of staff movement and turnover
  • Conduct exit interviews with leaving managerial level staffs
  • Supervise and participate in the recruitment process for all positions within Distribution Center and Branch Office
  • Design, monitor and conduct orientation program for new hires and visitors
  • Conduct market surveys on compensation and benefits
  • Develop, review and update salary structure
  • Monitor administration of benefits schemes
  • Conduct training needs analysis and align it with company objectives. Compile and monitor training budget
  • Monitor and implement the Training Sponsorship Policy
  • Conduct promotion ability and succession study.
  • Compile and monitor People Development Plan for department heads and the successors. Monitor the training plans for general staffs
  • Conduct and facilitate in-house training class.
  • Coordinate and organize staff functions
  • Coordinate and participate in regular staff meetings, handle grievances and complaints and attend labor disputes
  • Develop, review and update annual performance appraisal exercise
  • Host counseling and disciplinary meetings with problem staff in the presence of department heads
  • As a member of the Safety Committee, keep abreast of local safety rules and regulations. Develop, monitor, review, update and implement in-house safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in safety audits, conduct safety training
  • Compile and monitor quarterly and annual HR budgets and expenses for administration departments
  • Ensure all staff’s personnel information are integrated and correct
  • Supervise other Human Resources routine chores
  • Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management and line managers
  • Ensure all the human resources functions are operated in accordance with legislative requirements of the Local government
  • Formulate, develop, review, update and implement policies and procedures for all human resources functions
  • Maintain high morale by providing positive HR management support

Desired Skills & Experience / 期望的技能和经验

  • MS office applications and Chinese window
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and supervisory skills
  • Flexible, has ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment

  • Good supervisory and problem solving skill

  • Independent, committed, pleasant and tactful in handling people issues

  • Knowledge on the computer software of Windows, Microsoft office

  • Language : English and Mandarin

  • Eight years generalist human resources experience in MNC, of which 3 years in a managerial role

  • Be able to handle all HR functions independently

  • A Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Science or related disciplines

  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and labor regulations of the local government
