THE COMPANY :
- TOYS manufacturing and trading company
- Hong Kong office : 150 staff
- Dongguan factory : 2000 workers
- Product : OEM/ODM plastic toys, electronic toys, wooden toys and games
- Main markets : US and Europe
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN ASST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Job summary : 70% office admin; 30% human resources
- Perform office admin duties including but not limited to office supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance etc
- Provide full support of human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, orientation and employee activities etc
- Assist in HR data management and maintain proper filing system
- Provide all round HR and administrative support
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
- Report to HR & Admin Manager
- Degree holder
- 1-3 years experience in office admin or human resources
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must
- Good working attitude, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- No trips is required
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days, up to max 17 days
