Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Manufacturer of medical device, surgical device & instruments with office in Hong Kong and factory in Dongguan China
- Mainly export to North America and European markets
- Core items are precision electro-surgical pencil, surgical knife, surgical sealer, wound dressing, skin stapler, cardiac insulation pad, oxygen filter etc
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN MANAGER (China factory) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education
- Studies in Human Resources Management, Business or other related disciplines will be an advantage
- Over 10 years of human resources working experience, of which preferably over 5 years focus in the manufacturing sector with factories in China
- Familiar with China Labour Ordinance / practice
- Solid and extensive experience in an HR generalist role
- Good knowledge, skills and understanding of the Human Resources functions including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment and Staff Relations etc
- Competent in providing all-round Human Resources functions in China factory
- Possess hand on experience in tackling problems in relation to Payroll, Recruitment, Staff Issues and Human Resources Policy
- Good understanding of the business practice and culture in China
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Experience in electronic/medical device manufacturers is an advantage
- Reporting to the Director
- Responsible for managing the HR & Admin Department in Dongguan factory
- Fully in charge of and work independently for all human resources and office administrative duties of the China factory
- Lead, coach and train HR & admin team members in Dongguan factory
- Station Dongguan
