THE COMPANY :
- Toys manufacturing and trading company
- Hong Kong office : 150 staff
- Dongguan factory : 2000 workers
- Product : OEM/ODM plastic toys, electronic toys, wooden toys and games
- Main markets : US and Europe
- We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMIN OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Job summary : 70% human resources; 30% office admin
- Responsible for recruitment and selection functions including job advertisement posting, CV scanning and interview arrangement
- Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment agent channels
- Assist in China human resources e.g. develop recruitment plan in accordance with business needs
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Dongguan trip once per month (can same day return HK)
- Report to HR & Admin Manager
- Diploma holder or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years human resources experience
- Familiar in China labor law is advantageous
- Experience in manufacturers is a plus
- Some experience or knowledge in China human resources is a plus
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 10 days, up to max 17 days
