- Coordinate the set up of HV-Battery remanufacturing
Support the project lead in establishing of a comprehensive HV-Battery remanufacturing processes, setting up detail plans, defining layout and process flow.
Support the ME planning team to define the technical specification for equipments, tools and consumables etc. and support the relevant procurement activities. Review supplier quotations and help preparing sourcing decisions.
Cooperate with IPS department in regard of the production equipments procurement.
Coordinate among ME planning team, BBAC and DGRC regarding the China unique products.
Coordinate enviremental and safety related topics among QM, CRE, ME planning team and local authorities.
Close communication with PMO regarding project status etc.
- Set-up and manage HV battery Partnership project
Take the lead in establishing the HV battery Partnerhsip project, developing collaboration mode and defining R&R between MBPM and business partners.
Be the key-account to the Partner
Set-up the pool of potential partners, select the capable and cost-effective partners by cooperating with MP department.
Support and manage selected partner to design the reman concept, layout and process, procure production equipment, complete the process&product audit and finally start the SOP.
Manage partners to run the production, set-up and monitor partner’s KPI, guarantee the production orders can be fulfilled and achieve MBPM’s budget plan.
Support partners on product-development & product-adaption processes for local products
Coordinate among BBAC, DGRC, Mannheim, QM, CRE, Logistics, EHS, Maintenance, Facility, IT and partners to guarantee that the input/requirement between different parties can be gotten/met with each other.
Ensure that targets (such as funding, timeline, quality) will be achieved.
- Product engineering and product knowhow
Cover and operate the coordination function between Partner and Product-Engineering at GSP/RV and RD.
Support on design-to reman workshops and local product- and process adaptations
Support Partners to get necessary product-releases from responsible department

- Interact with internal department and reporting
Close communication with MBPM internal teams/departments, GSP/RMT and lead plant Sebes.
Monitor and report all HV-Battery project related KPIs. Control targets within own area of responsibility.
- Process and Audit Fulfillment
Ensure that the target agreement is successfully fulfilled.
Make sure all processes and activities are in line with audit requirements and ethical standards.
