Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing all HVAC, Fire pipeline, STP, irrigation and water supply system service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery;

2. Developing and implementing above system operation procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems;

3. The repair and maintenance & management of the HVAC system, CDA system, Fire protection system, Irrigation system, STP etc;

4. Developing above system PM plan then follow up to implementation to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment;

5. Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the site facility;

6. Ensure the implementation and management of Risk & Safety work practices to mitigate the risk of services interruption to operations;

7. To provide the coaching/mentoring for electricians; guide them to develop their own development plans; to review and to measure their performance regularly;

8. Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times;

9. Ensure all works are compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

1. College or above in HVAC or Mechanical with minimum 5 years’ experience in related discipline;

2. Be strong on HVAC system and related pipelines operation & management;

3. Be strong on HVAC system fault/risk identifying and solution;

4. Self-motivated, attentive to details, result-oriented;

5. Good teamwork and communication skills;

6. Good reading and written English skills.
