HVAC Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Renders proper maintenance of Mechanical systems and the related equipment, including swimming pool, Water Treatment and Sewage equipment of the Hotel. 
• Formulate the preventive programs.
• To ensure the quality of work done to meet the hotel requirement.
• To ensure safety in operation of all equipment.
• Renders overtime or change of time schedules as situation may require without any delay.
• Ensures that Engineering staff adhere to the rules and regulations of the Hotel by: familiarizing self with rules, communicating rules / standards, Monitoring implementation of rules / standards, effecting coaching / counseling and, if needed, disciplinary procedures when rules/ standards are violated.

 

• 负责酒店的机械系统和相关设备， 包括游泳池、水处理、和污水处理设备的维护保养。
• 按上司指派执行预防性保养维修工作。
• 确保完成的工作质量符合酒店要求。
• 保证各设备安全操作。
• 当工作需要时，随时服从加班或换班的安排。
• 确保工程部员工遵守酒店的规章制度。自己要熟悉规章制度，将相关规章制度及标准通知员工；监察规章制度及标准的执行情况；教导、劝告或在需要时，处分违反规章制度的员工。

 

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Ensures that the work specified on the work order within his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely.
• Chemical treatment of swimming pool water and equipment, swimming pool equipment operation & pool water treatment.
• Ensure that the maintenance of Mechanical and Water system of the Hotel are carried out in accordance with the Standard Engineering Practice.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the same position
