EyeC Lidar group is looking for a HW Student to join our team!

EGI develops next-generation high-performance long-range LIDAR systems for autonomously driving vehicles. The project involves cutting edge electro-optic modules for FMCW LIDAR, HW, VLSI, mechanics, SW FW, and Algorithms. We are looking for an HW student at the LIDAR Board design team.

What will you do?
As a part of your work, you will:

·       Be involved in HW board design.

·       Write test plans and bring up plans.

·       Be involved in board bring-up, debug, validation, and verification.

·       Be involved with full engineering design and product life cycle.

·       Be involved in component search & verification and library maintain & support

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• BSc/ Msc student toward Electrical engineering or any equivalent degree
• With at least 3 semesters left till graduation
• Available for at least 2.5 working days a week.
• Hands-on lab experience.
• Prior knowledge in one of the next: RF, Power Design, High-Speed Design

The following is considered as an advantage to the candidate's skills:

• Technician or Practical engineer.
• Good Understanding of multidisciplinary systems.
• Prior knowledge in C++, Python
