Intel Israel is looking for an outstanding Equipment Engineer 

As an Equipment Engineer, you’ll own the board design interface, acceptance, validation, release to production, and equipment availability.

You’ll be a key part of the IDC manufacturing labs equipment engineering team collaborating with product developers and operation teams.

Your work will include : 

·       debug failures, keep a high availability of the equipment, work with the engineering board designers during pre-Si stages, and owns the boards' readiness for Si validation.

·       Close tracking of relevant board manufacturing steps, including time and budget control.

·       Close work with relevant suppliers – including raising issues and driving to solutions.

·       Cross sites collaboration with other Intel labs and HVM sites.

·       leading task forces and troubleshooting activities.

·       Ensure continuous improvements and breakthroughs related to the mode of work efficiency.

·       New equipment installation & acceptance.

Qualifications

What we want to see :

� Mechanical/electrical engineer just graduated or experienced practical engineer.
� Technical knowledge and experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment) - testers, handlers and probers - operation, troubleshooting
� Schematics reading and understanding
� High level of problem-solving capabilities
� Creativity, motivation, excellent teammate, fast learning skills, and independence
� Customer service oriented
� Proven project management capabilities.
� Excellent English- oral and written communication skills.
� Data analysis capabilities [PBI, JMP]

Ways to stand out from the crowd
� 4 years + of Field Service Engineer (FSE) experience
� Practical experience with a board design methodology and testing methods
� Results-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and high level of attention to detail.
� Ability to demonstrate experience in creative problem-solving skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.
