Full-time teachers in full-time international school
l Provide instructions in the courses assigned according the requirements for the curriculum.
l Assist with the supervision of students as required by the school, including morning reading sessions, tutorial sessions and during school activities or events.
l Manage the classroom effectively, maintain good classroom discipline, support the discipline standards and rules of the School.
l Contribute to the School’s extra-curricular program organizing at least one English club of 2 blocks per week.
l Participate in school English activities, marketing and student recruitment activities.
l Participate in professional development activities.
l Salary scale - 204,000RMB to 300,000RMB per year(before tax), depending on previous teaching experiences
l Working days - Monday to Friday (1st semester - September to late January; 2nd semester - late February to early July)
l Working hours - Depending on the school’s schedule, usually 8:00am to 17:00pm, including lunch hour
l Teaching blocks - 25 periods in elementary school & middle school (40-45 mins per block)

"Comparative Salary： Annual Salary 204000RMB-300000RMB
1. All continuing ESL teachers will receive an increase of one step on the salary scale for each year of teaching completed with the School.
2. Prior Experience Recognition: for initial placement on the School salary scale, each two (2) years of full-time classroom teaching experience in a recognized school will result in one (1) step advance on the ESL Teacher salary scale.

l With Bachelor Degree or above
l With 120 hours TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate or Teaching license issued by the Ministry of Education
l Recommendation letters relative to previous teaching
l Others: The below documents must be authenticated by Chinese Embassy in the teacher’s home country, including:
a) No Criminal Record Check within 6 months from home country
b) Highest Degree Certificate
c) Kinship documents if with Spouse and Children (marriage certificate, birth certificate
d) TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certificate/Teaching license if requested by local Foreign Expert Bureau.
