We are looking for an experienced and motivated Handy person to join our maintenance team on a Part-Time basis.

In this role you will:

• Help us creating memorable experiences for our guests
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Ensure professionalism is observed in all guest interactions

What we are looking for?

• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Highly responsible & reliable
• A genuine approach to guest and their requests
• A high standard of grooming and presentation
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility regarding your work availability is essential, as we operate 7 days a week, including public holidays
