Hangzhou International Kindergarten Hiring English Homeroom Teacher
Job Overview : Focusing on the physical and mental development of infants aged 1-2, this position is responsible for the daily care, enlightenment education, and class management of infants in the early education class. It aims to build a bridge for home-kindergarten co-education, collaborate with the team to create a safe, interesting, and age-appropriate early education environment for young infants, and help them achieve basic development goals in self-care, social adaptation, and cognitive enlightenment. Requirements
Combine the characteristics of infants' sensory development, design and implement enlightenment activities, and emphasize individual participation and experience.
Assist infants in adapting to collective life, patiently guide them to develop good eating, resting, and hygiene habits, pay attention to their emotional states, and provide timely comfort and responses.
Serve as the primary person in charge of home-class communication, timely feedback and handle problems, and actively carry out home-kindergarten co-education activities.
Establish a good teacher-infant relationship with each infant and pay attention to the individual needs of each one.
Strictly implement the safety and health care system of the kindergarten, guide
and cooperate with nursery teachers in managing the daily life of infants in the
class, and do a good job in education, safety, and health care work.
Participate in the research and development of early education courses and share
experience in early childhood education for young infants.
Cooperate with the kindergarten in carrying out enrollment promotion, parent-child open days and other activities, and obey the unified arrangement of the kindergarten. Qualifications
Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Early
Childhood Education, Pedagogy or related fields is preferred.
Teaching Qualifications: Valid teaching license, TEFL/TESOL/PGCE, or
equivalent early childhood teaching certification.
Teaching Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching parent-child early education courses, familiar with the development of infants aged 1-2 and the core points of parent-child education. Experience working in bilingual early education institutions or high-end early education centers is preferred.
Language Proficiency: Native English proficiency with strong communication
skills; ability to communicate with colleagues and parents effectively. Core Competencies: Extremely patient and affable, able to quickly establish a trusting
relationship with young infants, and effectively respond to common issues such as
separation anxiety and crying. Strong sense of responsibility, with class management
capabilities, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
