This is a contractor role.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Provide routine laboratory procedures with general supervision directed at the preparation and evaluation of various specialty UVHC products and applications.
2. Conduct all necessary lab experiments and record experimental data and observations objectively in an organized laboratory notebook.
3. Can handle and design basic DOE experiments independently.
4. Provide charts, graphs and written summaries of experimental results to Scientist.
5. Maintain safe operations and orderly laboratory work environment at all times

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in organic Chemistry or Polymer Science.
2. Fluent in English writing, verbal English is preferred.
3. Awareness of safe laboratory operations and chemical handling.
4. Demonstrate basic understanding of polymer chemistry.
5. Performing literature and patent searches, scouting for new technologies.
6. Open-minded with good interpersonal & communication skills.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with careful attention to detail and high level of initiative ability to be flexible and to work on multiple projects at any given time.
8. 0～2 years’ experience in Chemical Company.
