• Conducts or participates in multidisciplinary research in the design, development, testing and utilization of information processing hardware and/or electrical components, mechanisms, materials, and/or circuitry, processes, packaging, and cabinetry for central processing units (CPUs) and/or peripheral equipment.
• Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.
• Ensures products conform to standards and specifications.
• Develops plans and cost estimates and assesses projects to analyze risk.
• Develops procedures, analysis and design for computer server platforms. Initiates, guides, and coordinates overall design and development of new ideas and products
• Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
• Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
• Coordinates ODM activities for Intel-ODM Server Platforms co-development

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
You must possess at least a Bachelor's (you must have 4+ years of applicable job experience Professional license is required.) or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (you must have 2+ year of applicable job experience).

1+ year of experience in:

• Board design process. Industrial Computer Aided Design (CAD) toolset for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) design such as Cadence, Orcad, Solidworks or any other.
• Advanced English level.
• ODM partnership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience on Intel Server architectures.
• 1+ year of experience in Signal Integrity Design.
• 1+ year Field Programmable Gate-Array (FPGA) and Programmable Logic Design (PLD).
• Design project leading experience
