We are currently seeking Electronics Hardware Engineers. This position will base in Shanghai Zhangjiang office.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

？ To perform Electronic design function in product design

？ To implement technical solution for product design

？ To ensure quality and robustness design according to project needs

？ To check and test product to guaranty technical performances during product lifetime.

？ To coordinate and collaborate with project team to achieve project objective: cost, lead-time, quality..

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

？ To perform Electronics design for best performance

？ To check and do actions/corrective actions necessary to guaranty the performance of products design

？ To define and follow the plan, project schedule closely for delivery

？ To validate design and action, in answering to Senior Engineer

？ To comply =S= processes and ensure strictly adhere with

？ To report/feedback to his supervisor for all critical, important, difficulties faced in his work

？ To ensure safety rule are strictly adhere with at all time

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

？ Have intermediate level on Planning & organizing, Assessment, Communication, Influential and Analytical skills

？ Computer: ECAD tools: Cadence, Pspice

Microsoft office: words, excel, power point presentation

？ English: Good command of read and written, can speak

？ Strong fundamental knowledge on Electronics/Electrical principle

？ Autonomy, ability to take initiative

？ Very organized, rigorous, and good team spirit

？ Good communication and project management skills

？ Internationally minded and eager to develop his competencies in an International Company

Preferred academic qualifications and background

？ Bachelor degree of Electronics/Electrical University, master is preferred

？ Have 1 year or more experience in electronics design work of electronic product from industrial
