In this role You will be responsible for providing 2nd level support in validation lab located in Haifa.

The job involves planning, installation, operations and troubleshooting a large quantity of machines.

The job also includes documentation BKM writing, create support processes, systems ramp-up, final checks, fault identification, HW repair and maintenance of boards and lab equipment.

As part of our team you will be executing production processes, analysing systems and recommend solutions utilizing formal education and judgment.

You will Participate in hardware/software projects working groups and deployment plans including writing scripts and maintain automated machines.

Other responsibilities: Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and or workflow, responds to customers requests or events as they occur and on top of all working with your team to deal with great challenges.

Qualifications

BSC/MSC Degree. Good knowledge and experience of PC HW/SW and OS.

Experience with technical documentation and BKM processes writing.

Excellent abilities with analysis and problem solving skills, excellent customer orientation for customer support, high self learning skills, excellent abilities in English reading, writing and talking , good communication skills and teamwork.
