1、负责电力电子产品硬件电路设计、参数计算、设计仿真；
2、负责功率器件的分析与选型,系统设计,以及器件仿真与设计；
3、负责开发过程中的电路调测与问题解决,产品验证;
4、撰写设计方案和技术文档;
5、与德国总部进行项目合作；  

   
1、Designing the hardware circuit and parameter calculation, simulation.
2、Component selections, system design and simulation.
3、Hardware circuit testing and solving the testing issue.
4、Generating of design documentation.
5、Close cooperation with German leadplants;

-电力电子与电气传动，电气工程自动化或自动控制相关专业，硕士及以上优先；
-有2年以上的硬件开发经验或基础, 有变频器、伺服驱动器、UPS、开关电源、SVG、APF设计与开发者优先；
-扎实的电力电子技术, 功率器件或电磁元件设计和半导体应用技术, 熟悉各种功率电路的拓扑---结构和工作原理, 有安规（CE, DIN, UL…）EMC或功能安全相关知识的优先；
-MS-Office，Spice仿真工具，ECAD电路设计工具，MATLAB，MATHCAD；
-英语良好
-工作积极主动，责任心强，有团队合作和协调能力

-Education, Major in Power Electronics, Power Electric automation or automatic control or relevant. Master degree or above is  preferred ;
-2 years hardware development related experience, 
-Experience and skills in frequency converter, Servo drive, UPS, SMPS, SVG,APF is preferred.
-Power electronics technology. Familiar with the topology structure and working principle of power circuit. Know-How with Electrical safety, EMC technology and Functional safety is preferred ;
-MS-office, Spice simulation tool, ECAD tool, MATLAB , MATHCAD;
-Good English communication skills；
-Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, good team player with coordination skills；
