We are looking for a Hardware Engineering Program Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
• Drive the program execution to deliver on time with high quality.
• Provide and up-keep solid priorities, plans, schedules and specifications.
• Organize and present program reviews/status updates to engineering and senior management
• Manage external system delivery and development projects
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Physic, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years working experience related to program / product / technology management
• Proven track-record in delivering high quality results within the schedule. Ability to plan, think and prioritize independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience and good understanding of MEMS, optics or microelectronics manufacturing, micro/nano-fabrication and related materials.
• Management experience from manufacturing equipment and facility delivery projects
• Experience on supplier collaboration, raw material and component sourcing
• Good leadership skills, ability to energize others to achieve more
• Formal project management certification (PMP, Prince2)
• PhD degree
