Job description:

• To provide support on access control system
• Corrective and Preventive maintenance
• Hardware replacement and troubleshooting
• Support card reader, octopus reader, gate controllers, POS, receipt printers
• Software firmware upgrade
•  

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in IT subject
• 2 years+ practical experience in technical support on access control system such as card and octopus reader, POS, receipt printer
• Self-motivation to solve problem independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
• Monday-Saturday (5.5 days a week) : 8:30-17:30\9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri), 8:30-12:00(Sat)
