This exciting role offers opportunity to: The manager will lead a team to complete all new product development program including next generation, extension and customization. Lead a team including 9 electrical engineers. Lead the team to complete >=1 critical platform level projects and >=2 large customized product development project and >=3 small customized product development project every year. Evaluates project investment including resource, schedule, and budget. Manages people resource on every NPD project and work. Manages task and drives team to achieve target aggressively. Coordinates and manages lab resource, evaluates new equipment demand, designs new test method and process. Organizes training activities, develops team competency and improves work efficiency and design quality. Leads process improvement activities, builds work standard. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's or above degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Master degree is preferred Over 10 years power electronic product development experience, over 5 years engineering team leader or manager experience Familiar with power electrical and electronic knowledge, UPS related product experience is preferred; Familiar with product development process; Knows major players in industry, and technology trend in the power electronic field "Excellent management skill and firm leadership style; Skillful English speaking and writing; Customer focus, capability of deal with uncertainty Yes!
