Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics or Electronics Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience
Ability to work in a team environment Knowledge of Intel IOTG technologies including Intel x86 integrate graphics discrete graphics PCIe SIG standard interface platform power clocking and timing
Proficiency in reading and understanding specifications data sheets and other technical documents
Ability to write and analyze requirements functional specifications design specifications tech plans and documentation
Proficiency with simulation tools understanding of the different tools available for electrical thermal andor mechanical simulation
Advanced Timing analysis and Signal Integrity simulations
Good knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuit theory and principles
Experience in customer support and system level understanding would be added advantage
Able to travel will be added advantage
