Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in EE (camera, audio, sensors, optical) or RF-OTA (Cellular/WLAN/BT/GPS) testing related.
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with coding in Python, Matlab, or C++.
- Experience with camera, audio, sensors and RF OTA in system level testing.
- Experience with database queries and statistical analysis.
- Experience in debug, troubleshooting and failure analysis investigation.
- Experience in test station bring up and familiar GRR/Correlation.
- Effective communication, project management, and leadership skills.

As a Reliability Hardware Testing Engineer, you'll lead the test stations development within an innovate Google Design team working on products. You will be responsible for developing and executing Hardware Testing on new Google and supplier technologies, the development of test procedures used to quantify the reliability and quality of a design, and lead the failure analysis resulting from these tests.

Responsibilities
- Bring-up test station at contract manufacturers (CM) and oversee test-related issues.
- Work with CM to ensure high quality and accuracy test data output.
- Manage CM to perform test station maintenance.
- Collaborate with Test Engineer and Hardware Designer in test coverage and understanding the meaning of test item/parameters.
- Judge/analyze the test results in time of failure.
