Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervises the function of the bakery to maximize the overall food & beverage departmental profit and exceed budgeted targets.
  • Ensures the culinary areas have established current standardized recipes that are utilized and followed by all culinary team members. Devises new and innovative presentations and recipes for baked items
  • Complete the scheduling of all colleagues, and ensure schedules are followed, and time sheets are accurate.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years in the kitchen and supervisory experience. Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession.
  • Excellent english communication skills.
