JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the daily operations of Outlet Services. 

• Work closely with Outlet Manager/Outlet Chef on creative, innovative and distinctive promotions according to the company standards

• Train, develop and lead the bartenders in all food and beverage outlet.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred

• 1 year previous experience as Head Bartender in a luxury hotel desirable

• Creative, effective leader and team player, possessing a high degree of professionalism, sound human resources management principles, communication, administrative skills, ambition, drive, energy and determination.
