Head Chef

What you will be doing: 
•    Responsible for managing the kitchen of the new French bistro and ensure standards are being followed for a smooth overall operation.
•    Closely work with the Executive Chef in developing the menu and seasonal offers
•    Prepare forecasts, reports and supplies requisition so that budgeted figures are met
•    Assist with the recruitment and selection of the team members, provide necessary training to ensure the development of the colleagues and build a positive working environment.
•    Ensure HACCP and municipality regulations are followed at all times with proper documentation as per the guidelines.

Your experience and skills include:
•    Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service

•    Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel located in Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area with stunning views of the Dubai Skyline and Dubai Water Canal.
