Job Description
Manager Job description:
1、Set up the front of the house team independently, and create an efficient, stable, and joyful working environment for the team
2、Responsible to organize, delegate, and manage the front of the house, and establish standard operating procedures. Ensure efficient and high-quality operating standards to provide customers with a quality service experience
3、Ability to control operation costs .Obtain reasonable profit for the company under the premise of ensuring the customer's quality experience
4、Ensure all facilities and equipments are in full function, and set a schedule for routine check and repair.
5、Staff training and supporting team members with their development plans, ensuring each staff has the necessary skill required to complete their assigned responsibilities
6、Manage staff shift schedule and attendance check.
7、Ability to handle emergency situations and support staff with customer relationship building.

Qualifications and experience
1、At least 5 years of operation experience in a high-end restaurant
2、Excellent industry sensitivity and networking skills
3、Have a strong sense of responsibility
4、Good communication & execution ability
5、Identify and problem-solving ability
6、Proficient with office software (Word,Excel,PPT)
7、Basic English communication skill, and overseas study experience is preferred
8、Passion for high-end catering quality and aesthetics
