Job Description

  • Responsible of the daily communication with the client representative

  • Communicate regularly with customers, receive customer complaints and comments, develop improvement plans, report and implement solutions

  • Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of production, delivery and services in order to prepare, sell and deliver finished food and beverage products to the client staff, visitor and employees in the different areas (cafeterias and coffee shop)

  • Responsible for the daily management of subordinates, training, education, etc., regularly convene management team meetings, convey values and spirit of the company, implementation of various rules and regulations, timely adjustment of personnel according to the status of operations, the development of work plans and implementation programs, to propose problems in the work, continuous improvement

  • Care for employees, understand the ideological dynamics of employees, according to the performance of each employee, put forward reward and punishment advice

  • Ensures appropriate sanitation standards, HACCP and requirements

  • Responsible for insuring procedural compliance in support of workplace safety

  • Inventory control and report, cost control company assets management

  • Responsible for insuring compliance with standards, procedures and specifications of the clients

  • Responsible of the profitability of the site

  • Responsible for the implementation of the On-Site marketing activities
