We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Team at our leading 202-room city centre Hotel that has very recently completed a full £10M refurbishment. This is a fabulous opportunity to relaunch Sonoma Grill, No.4 Bar and a busy Conference and Event Operation for up to 600 Guests.

Experience in leading and developing a brigade with innovative and creative ideas is essential. Excellent planning and organisational skills, Customer and results focus together with Level 3 Health and Safety qualifications are required.

Work Experience

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• College certification or experience equivalent.
• Significant kitchen management experience in a leadership role.
• Certificated learning in delivering training, coaching and performance management techniques
• Leadership and Change Management certification.
• Advanced Food Hygiene Certification and Health and Safety for Managers Certification.
