Proven experience as a Head Chef in a branded 4 star environment . Your leadership style will promote a culture of cooperation & respect throughout the hotel. You will be fully in charge of hiring, managing & training the kitchen team within the budget guidelines. What you will be doing:

Experience of launching new menu and banqueting concepts..

Can control and direct the food production process from preparation to delivery to ensure a great customer experience.

Ability to converse with the guest on a one to one basis to sell events, customizing menus according to client’s needs and wants.

Design and deliver locally inspired menus for a variety of food &beverage outlets and segments , whilst optimizing brand procurement.

Ensure 100% compliance to food safety, health & safety standards:

 

Your experience and skills include:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Up-to-date with 4 star culinary trends Credentials in Health & Safety training.

Good understanding of food and beverage POS systems.

Experience in design and delivery of menus for restaurants, bars, meetings , banqueting and weddings.
