Job Description

Job Duties 職責:

  • Prepare meals
  • Manage all functions of food production and oversee kitchen operations
  • Create menus and recipes
  • Be responsible for budgeting and cost control
  • Make offer via company ordering system
  • 預備食材及烹煮每餐膳食
  • 管理廚房食品生產的整個過程並監督廚房操作
  • 負責菜單的籌劃和更換
  • 負責廚房預算及成本控制
  • 使用公司落單系統訂購食材

Job Requirements 任職要求:

  • A minimum of 5 -10 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
  • Basic knowledge in computer applications
  • Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • 最少五至十年餐飲經驗
  • 一般英文及中文說話能力
  • 基本電腦操作
  • 積極主動,有良好溝通技巧及人際關係

Place of work 工作地點:

  • Ma On Shan District (6 days work and work on shift 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. / 10:00p.m. - 7:00p.m. / 10:30a.m. - 7:30p.m.)
  • 馬鞍山地區 (六天工作,輪更上午七時至下午四時 / 上午十時至下午七時 / 上午10時半至下午7時半)
