This top tier Hospitality Group in the Asia region due to expansion is seeking for a Head Chef/Senior Chef/Sous Chef support their upcoming restaurants in Macau.  

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Diploma/Certificate and above in Hospitality, Hotel Management or relevant
• 3+ years of western cuisine experience from Hospitality groups, those familiar with Portuguese or Italian cuisines will be a plus
• Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible food production, working efficiently with the team to deliver and monitor pre-determined menus and recipes as well as the quality and standards
• You are expected to direct, train and monitor performance of the cooks and familiar with sanitation and safety working standards and procedures.
• Those holding a valid Hong Kong ID, Macau ID or Chinese Citizenship will be highly considered
