Job Duties:

• Identify potential clients in the Activewear or Sportswear sector.
• Devise sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Regular meetings with clients from different departments.
• Understand the clients’ SOPs on pre-POs and post-POs.
• Monitor product development, production operations, and technical aspects to meet clients’ requirements.
• Work with primarily the Sales team at HQ, and other departments internally to derive – communication efficiency, sales targets, CAPEX, sampling accuracy, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle clients’ issues and production matters.
• Keep abreast of the new technologies and innovation.
• Recommend machinery and equipment for product and productivity enhancements.
• Assess and manage business risks related to – product, raw materials, machinery, facility, etc.
• Understand internal ERP systems, and supply chain management.
• Report to senior management on regular basis.
• Comply with corporate initiatives and guidelines.

Requirements:

• 15-20 years of experience in the Activewear and Sportswear sector.
• Strong understanding of Purchasing and Sourcing models by reputable and international brands.
• Team player and Relationship developer, with strong leadership, networking, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Good sense of integrity, time management, and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and accountable.
• Business travels to clients’ offices, and factories.
• Based in HK office. (Temporary relocation to other offices may be required upon business needs.)
• Good command of English.
