You will be responsible for running a team of lending and liquidity specialists in UBS Wealth Management Division

We're looking for you to:
- Lead a lending and liquidity team based in the UK covering Structured lending, Lombard loans, Mortgages, Commercial Real Estate and Liquidity Solutions. This covers product management and distribution and involves participation in client meetings
- Develop and drive strategy to increase delivery the delivery of complex lending solutions involving liquid and illiquid collateral, and collaborating with the Investment Bank where required.
- Be the "deal captain" for complex lending transactions by structuring the client solution and assessing all risks and mitigants to prepare the credit request
- Build and grow the bank's loan book revenues, asset growth and Net Interest Income, driving distribution efforts and participating in direct client meetings
- Be responsible for ensuring Loan Portfolio Management is performed for UK & Jersey with due care
- Ensure products are proposed and distributed in a suitable manner and priced to reflect capital and liquidity considerations
- Proactively manage the entire product shelf and work closely with colleagues to constantly improve the offering across products to better meet client requirements
- Collaborate with other client solution areas such as mandates, capital markets and wealth planning
- Represent Global Banking in key regulatory projects in the location
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (GWM senior management, client advisors, credit risk control and product partners)
